Web Hosting Prices & Features
- Basic hosting package starts as low as $4.50/ month (54.00/year)
- Domain name registration included in price of hosting package (ex: www.yourname.com)
- Additional domain names available as low as $9.00/year
- POP3 e-mail forwarders available at no cost with package
- Site maintenance is available for as low as $5/ month
- If you choose to maintain the site yourself, you will receive a unique administrator login id, and detailed instructions of how to maintain your site.
- All web hosting packages must be purchased with a design package.
**Web Hosting is like renting a property on the internet. A web host is required in order to run your own site. A monthly or annual fee is charged, and is based on the amount of space you choose to reserve and the amount of data transferred in and out of your site. The cost of a hosting package varies from company to company, but I have worked hard to find the best value and a highly secure server to meet your needs.**
IMPORTANT PRICING INFORMATION
Please note that in order to keep prices fair for all clients, the cost of web hosting and the cost of your site's design are calculated separately. This is to ensure that all clients pay a fair price for the services they choose and the design that they desire. I always offer free design consultations to ensure that your design goals are met, and to ensure that clients are aware of the total price of the design and hosting combined - up front. Once a design and hosting plan are agreed upon, and a price is set, you will never be charged additional fees for products or services included in your original design plan. There are no hidden fees or "surprises" after a design is approved and a price is given. The client ALWAYS approves the final design before the website goes live. Minor changes to the site's content or design sometimes occur after a design has been approved (examples include changing text or adding other graphics). This is to be expected, and minor changes will not incur any other charges. HOWEVER, if upon completion of an approved design, the client requests major design changes (such as drastic changes in layout, design or modifications involving restructuring of site contnet) additional fees will be assessed.
Once an agreement has been made, the cost of the hosting package, plus a 50% deposit on the cost of the design is required in order to complete your order. (The cost of the hosting package is non-refundable, and once a once subscription is made, it cannot be canceled, even if you choose to cancel your design order.) The remaining 50% of the cost of your design is due upon the design's completion and client's final approval. No completed website will go live until payment has been made in full.
Payment Methods Accepted
During your Design Consultation, you will be given the total price of your finished design and web hosting (plus any additional products or services requested). A deposit of 50% of the design cost is required in order to begin your design. The full cost of your web hosting package is also due at this time.
You may pay by personal check or by cash, money order, cashier's check or other verified funds.
If you would like to pay with a credit or debit card, you may do so through PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment for clients that are not local, or who have completed their design consultation and final approval online.
